The rapport between teachers and students has immensely benefitted on the formation and schooling experience of a learner. College being setup in the outskirts of Gulbarga, a teacher- student relationship has also benefitted those students with learning difficulties and low economic status. Teachers pay special attention to those students who feel left out and also try to understand their problems by helping them to resolve it. Teachers at St Xavier’s PU College teach with enthusiasm and love for their subject, which creates an illuminating atmosphere in the classroom. Group discussions, debates and activities in the classrooms have helped students to feel comfortable and confident with their teachers and are also given multiple opportunities to perform at different platforms.
